General return conditions
You have the right to return the goods within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
Please Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return & refund process within 30 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.Please do not send the goods back without our consent and not will be refunded.

- Please do not send the package back to the address on the package as it is not our return address. The address on the package is the warehouse address of the logistics company that works with us.
- Please write down your name and your order number on a piece of paper and post it together with the item, then send all the items back via USPS and give us the tracking number.
- All returned items will be checked. We will process the refund once we have received the return package and can confirm that the product has the issues mentioned.
- The refund will be back to your paypal account within 24 hours, if you paid with debit- or credit card, you can get the money back to your account within 3-15 working days. It depends on the processing time of your bank.
Damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items
We will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Contact directly for assistance with processing your return.
About exchange products
If you like the product, but need another size, color or variation, you need to return the product for a refund (see the return policy here), and then place a new order. We recommend that you order immediately after ordering, because sometimes the product may run out.
Who pays for the shipping costs when making the return?
a. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer service immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised. For the return under this condition we will pay the return shipping fee.
If you are returning multiple items, please return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items. If you return the goods one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.
b. If the product is in good condition, but you don’t like it and want to return it back, the postage needs to be borne by you.
All of our items are in stock, and once the order is shipped it cannot be canceled. Please note the following cancellation policy.
– Unpaid orders are automatically canceled.
– If the orders are canceled within 12 hours after payment, you will get a full refund.
– If the items were packed within 24 hours but were not shipped, you will get 80% refund + shipping fee.
– Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

- All PayPal payments can only be refunded through PayPal. All credit card payments will only be refunded to the original credit card
